*** UPDATE 10.30 am, 1st of May 2025: This issue has been fixed and a new version of the app is going through the Google Play store for approval. Users should receive this update over the coming 24 hours ***

Some Android users are experiencing difficulty booking trips via the ODIN PASS app.

We are working with our developer, Skedgo, to investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible. It appears to be related to a recent update.

When booking a public transport ticket, users may see this scrolling button:

Although it appears that your trip has not been booked (due to this app bug), your flash ticket can be located at the main menu.

If you go back to the main menu and scroll down to trip logs, you will see your booked trip here. Click on the booked trip and your flash ticket will then pop up.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and aim to have this bug fixed ASAP.

Thank you for your patience and ongoing support of this research trial.
