Public transport services across South-East Queensland have been affected over the past week due to the impact of Tropical Cyclone Alfred.


We recognise users have been unable to travel during this period. While we are unable to provide refunds, we are providing reward points to users who had an active ODIN PASS bundle between the 6th and 11th of March, 2025 - excluding promotional bundles.


The number of rewards points are applied on a pro-rata basis depending on the number of days your bundle was active during this period, and only applied to the public transport component.


Note that $1 is equivalent to 10 points. These points can be redeemed as a discount off your next purchase. 


Your current rewards points balance can be viewed on the home screen of the ODIN PASS app. 




To redeem points, select a transport pass for purchase and proceed to the checkout. On the checkout screen, you will notice discount options are available to select and redeem your rewards points. Selecting an option with the right amount of rewards points will deduct that amount from the cost of your pass.




After selecting your chosen rewards discount, tap the Purchase button to complete your payment as normal.
